Ghazunfer Abbas

Ghazunfer Abbas brings over 19 years of experience in public health program management, strategic partnerships, and large-scale implementation. As Chief of Party – The Challenge Initiative (TCI) at Greenstar Social Marketing, he established the TCI program in Pakistan, strengthened its operations, and built effective public sector partnerships to enhance program impact.

He previously led a major private-sector social marketing and social franchising program focused on expanding access to family planning and post-abortion care services. Earlier, he played an important role in setting up large-scale health programs across Pakistan and was part of the leadership team at Marie Stopes Society Pakistan, where he helped develop and implement social franchise systems.

He holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), completed in 2019.
