Jawad Mansoor

Jawad Mansoor is a senior development professional with over 18 years of experience in leading large-scale initiatives focused on improving maternal and child health outcomes, strengthening community-based healthcare, and empowering underserved rural populations. He brings a strong blend of program management, operational excellence, strategic planning, program design, and stakeholder engagement.

As Head of Operations and Program Lead – PPIF & NI at Greenstar Social Marketing Pakistan, Jawad has played a pivotal role in driving operational effectiveness and program innovation. His key contributions include the establishment of a multilingual 24/7 helpline, the digitization of facility-based client data, and integration with the Punjab Department of Health through electronic medical records (EMRs).

His professional journey also includes a distinguished association with the British Council Pakistan, where he gained valuable experience and strengthened his engagement with public sector and political stakeholders. This exposure has further enhanced his ability to build partnerships and deliver impactful development programs.

Jawad holds an MSc in Sociology from Allama Iqbal Open University, completed in 2010.
