Dr. Haroon Ibrahim

Dr. Haroon Ibrahim brings over 20 years of experience in public health, health policy, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. A qualified medical and public health professional, he also holds business qualifications in health and population management, complemented by strong knowledge of social, behavioral, and environmental sciences.

Over his 17-year association with Greenstar Social Marketing, he has successfully managed donor-funded programs supported by leading development partners, including USAID, the Global Fund, major U.S. donors, and the German Development Bank (KfW).

In his current role, he leads the KfW-funded program supported by the German Government, overseeing maternal and child health initiatives and the financial empowerment of female healthcare providers in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Through effective donor and government engagement, he has helped strengthen Greenstar’s position as a trusted partner in advancing women’s health, empowerment, and environmentally responsible development.

He holds an MBA from Preston University, Islamabad, followed by a Master of Science in Public Health from Quaid-e-Azam University in 2000.
