Brian R. Smith

Brian R. Smith has completed Master’s in English Literature from University of Virginia and Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School. He has 25 years of experience in building and managing diverse international development programs, expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating interventions in global public health and the environment with an emphasis on market development and strategic communications for product and service adoption, hands-on experience with public-private partnerships, support to social enterprises, grant making, and innovative financing.

He has also been a part of Board of Volunteer in Montgomery Soccer for Volunteer, consulting projects for Washington DC area non-profits, Inc. (MSI), Compass Pro Bono, Population Services Khmer, as a Founding Board Member of the Cambodian-based non-profit Affiliate of Population Services International and as a Board Member of Population Services International India.
