Iron Sucrose Complex

• Feravi acts as a 1st Line therapy for Iron Deficiency Anemia during pregnancy and Post-partum Hemorrhage (PPH). It plays an important role in the maintenance of hemoglobin in blood, which in turn reduces the need for blood transfusion and minimizes the risk of infection like Hepatitis and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).
• Feravi is an Iron Sucrose Complex, each ml of this injection contains 20 mg elemental iron as iron sucrose in water for injection.
• Feravi improves iron content & helps increasing Red Blood Cells (RBCs) & Hemoglobin (Hb).
• It reduces the risk of iron deficiency anemia which may occur due to many reasons such as: hereditary diseases, environmental factors, excessive bleeding during menstruation, absorption of iron in blood, less content of dietary iron in food, iron deficient lactating mothers.
• Reduces the death ratio of pregnant women particularly.
• Helps improving both physical and mental health of the fetus.
