Core Job Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for leading and executing project activities within the assigned district, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outcomes, and alignment with organizational goals.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for pharmacists and field teams on application usage.
  • Attend quarterly review meetings and train pharmacy staff on using the Rx Tracker.
  • Share bi-weekly incentive details with the PPM Pharmacy Coordinator to ensure timely incentive transfers.
  • Coordinate with the Pharmacy Assistant to validate and upload prescriptions through the Rx Tracker mobile application.
  • Regularly coordinate with the field team to share details of GPs and patient information obtained from uploaded prescriptions.
  • Participate in meetings with RCs, CHOs, and District Field Supervisors (DFSs) to discuss progress and implementation challenges.
  • Maintain records of signed Letter of Agreements (LOAs), patient details, validated prescriptions, and pharmacy records.
  • Visit pharmacies with the field team to onboard them onto the Rx Tracker intervention.
  • Provide guidance on uploading prescriptions through the mobile application.
  • Support the Rx Tracker component by documenting progress, challenges, and successes through detailed reports.
  • Share validated prescriptions with relevant CHOs/DCs for onboarding patients and GPs.
  • Assist the Public Partner Mix (PPM) Program team in onboarding new patients and general practitioners (GPs) into the Public Partner Mix (PPM) Program.
  • Maintain a daily dashboard of Rx Tracker activities, including received prescriptions, onboarded patients, and GPs, and provide weekly updates to the PPM Pharmacy Coordinator.
  • Oversee application data collection, timely entries, and support users and the data management team in validation processes.
  • Conduct visits to implementing districts to monitor and evaluate progress.
  • Ensure all project applications run smoothly, recording and reporting any issues faced by users.
  • Conduct training on application usage and data management.
  • Prepare and present reports.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Key Success Factors of Position:

Responsible for achieving assigned tasks, including pharmacy onboarding and prescription uploads, while fostering strong coordination with team members, pharmacies, and pharmacists to ensure seamless project implementation and successful intervention execution.

Job Specification:

Education: Holds Pharm-D degree from HEC-recognized University or a Master’s degree in Public Health or Project Management.

Experience (Min – Max): A minimum of 2 years’ experience in public health projects, the pharmaceutical industry, sales, marketing, or a related field.

Knowledge: Highly proficient in computer usage with a strong understanding of the latest digital technologies. Well-versed in local territories with solid expertise in data applications, MIS, and other data collection tools.

Managerial / Leadership Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and strong coordination skills.

Attitude: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirement: Having a motorcycle is mandatory with valid driving license.
