Core Job Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for overseeing key HR operations such as payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with government regulations. This role ensures smooth workforce management and timely payment disbursements. It also plays a critical role in maintaining efficient HR processes and ensuring regulatory compliance for both employees and third-party obligations.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Oversee medical health and life insurance processes.
- Manage employee additions and deletions for health and life insurance.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to process health approvals.
- Manage medical claims for both third-party and permanent employees.
- Handle provident fund, gratuity fund, and advance salary matters.
- Process payroll for both permanent and third-party staff.
- Manage interactions with government agencies such as EOBI and SESSI.
- Oversee employee additions and deletions on EOBI and SESSI portals.
- Prepare calculation sheets and vouchers for EOBI and SESSI.
- Manage EOBI pension forms for ex-employees.
- Coordinate with regional coordinators for timesheets.
- Provide payroll charging data to ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Submit overtime data to the Finance Department.
- Handle the full and final settlements of permanent and third-party staff.
- Coordinate with Program Coordinators on payment request forms to ensure timely payroll disbursement to third-party vendors.
- Ensure timely disbursement of payments to consultants.
- Manage leave requests and approvals.
- Maintain up-to-date agreements with third-party vendors.

Job Specification:
Education: Preferably Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines:
- Public health/Social Sciences
- Management or relevant discipline
Experience (Min – Max): 3 to 5 years of experience.
Knowledge: Highly proficient in MS Office applications, with exceptional skills in MS Excel.
Attitude: Adoptable & Flexible.
