Core Job Responsibilities:
Position is responsible for the execution of the project activities in the assigned district.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Screening all beneficiaries attending different hospital Outpatient Departments (OPDs) using screening tools.
- Quick response to healthcare providers’ concerns regarding TB patients and available facilities.
- Maintain a healthy working relationship with General Practitioners (GPs) and laboratories.
- Referring presumptive TB cases promptly to designated doctors for further evaluation.
Work Relationships:
Internal: Coordinate and arrange monitoring visit of RC/Program unit /NTP teams.
External: Maintain a healthy working relation with providers and labs.
Key Success Factors of Position:
Responsible for achievement of assigned targets for case detection /trainings/chest camps all other project targets.
Job Specification:
Education: BA/B.Sc./Graduate degree required with proficient knowledge of regional languages/local territories.
Experience (Min-Max): Previous experience in community health projects, particularly in Public Health, is essential.
Knowledge: Good knowledge of regional languages and local territories.
Conveyance: Own conveyance is a must for this position.
